01 · Industrial Plants & Warehouses

High‑volume portal frames with crane‑ready tolerances

Repetitive frame production runs on nested cutting lists to minimise plate waste. Crane runway girders are welded with SAW on automated lines, then straightened and checked for camber and web straightness before blasting.

  • Components: welded H columns, tapered rafters, crane beams, purlins, wind bracing, mezzanine grids
  • Process: CNC nesting → flame/plasma cut → SAW assembly welding → straightening → Sa 2.5 blasting → 2‑coat epoxy
  • Control: EN 1090 EXC2, dimensional report per frame line, bolt‑hole trial assembly

LEAD TIME 25-40 DAYS · 200-3,000 t PACKAGES

Finished steel sample component with clean welds and coated surface for commercial architecture

02 · Commercial Buildings

Architecturally exposed steel with visual‑grade welds

AESS work demands seam continuity, ground‑flush transitions and consistent surface texture. We separate AESS batches into dedicated bays with restricted handling and protective packing to preserve finish through shipment.

  • Components: tube columns, composite floor beams, canopy frames, feature trusses, stairs & balustrades
  • Process: laser/plasma profiling → tube coping → MIG welding → weld dressing → primer + PU topcoat / hot‑dip galvanising
  • Control: AESS category agreed pre‑production, DFT logs, mock‑up approval before batch release

03 · Bridge Engineering

Heavy plate girders under EXC3 weld discipline

Bridge work is executed with qualified WPS/PQR per joint type, 100% UT on full‑penetration butt welds and trial assembly of adjacent segments in the shop to confirm splice geometry before dispatch.

  • Components: I‑girders, box girders, orthotropic deck panels, cross beams, bearing plates, pedestrian truss spans
  • Process: plate edge milling → sub‑assembly → SAW multi‑pass → stress relief → NDT → trial assembly → 3‑coat system
  • Control: EN 1090 EXC3, UT/MT/VT reports, MTC 3.1 traceability per plate heat number

Fabricated steel support samples with connection plates for energy facility structures

04 · Energy Facilities

Corrosion‑engineered structures for harsh service

Coastal, desert and chemical environments drive the specification. We match coating systems to ISO 12944 corrosivity class, or supply hot‑dip galvanised assemblies with venting holes designed at drawing stage.

  • Components: pipe racks, boiler support steel, solar tracker frames, transmission masts, access platforms & cages
  • Process: CNC drilling lines → robotic/MAG welding → galvanising or C5‑M coating → bolt kit matching → module bundling
  • Control: ISO 12944 C4/C5, galvanising thickness certificates, torque‑check records for pre‑assembled units

HDG TO ISO 1461 · C5‑M MARINE SYSTEMS

Organised warehouse storage of steel tubes and profiles for logistics park fabrication packages

05 · Logistics Parks

Modular repeat packages built for container efficiency

Large logistics campuses repeat the same bay hundreds of times. We fix jigs once, run continuous batches, and plan packing so each container ships a complete erection zone -- reducing site sorting time and demurrage risk.

  • Components: multi‑bay frames, dock levellers steel, canopy trusses, racking support beams, roof bracing sets
  • Process: jig‑based batch assembly → automated welding → shop primer → zone‑based marking → container load planning
  • Control: piece‑mark barcode list, packing list per container, photo record before sealing
